๐Ÿ“ฆ When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1โ€“2 business days. Youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email once your label is created.


๐Ÿงพ Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Yes! We offer local delivery and meetups in the Mount Airy, NC region until our shop is in operation. Just select "Local Delivery" at checkout, or reach out through our contact page.


๐Ÿ” Can I return or cancel my order?

We accept returns on unopened, sealed product within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
To request a return or cancellation, contact us with your order number.


๐Ÿงƒ Are your products authentic and factory sealed?

Yes โ€” all of our TCG products are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and sourced from licensed distributors. We do not sell resealed or repackaged product.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. As we grow, international shipping may be added.


๐Ÿงฑ Do you sell singles or slabs?

Not yet โ€” but itโ€™s coming soon.
Weโ€™re working on offering graded slabs, raw singles, and mystery bundles in the near future. Follow us on Instagram @GazuesTradingCo for drop updates.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
